Partner Engagement Visit by Accenture

On 6 March 2026, Don Bosco Tech Vaduthala hosted a meaningful Partner Engagement Visit that brought together leadership, trainers, and students in a shared moment of reflection, dialogue, and inspiration. The visit was led by Mr. Daniel Thomas, Vice President and National Grant Programs Lead at Accenture, who came to the center to engage with the team and witness firsthand the progress and impact of the training initiatives being implemented through the partnership.

Mr. Daniel Thomas was warmly welcomed by the leadership and staff of Don Bosco Tech Vaduthala upon his arrival. The initial interaction brought together key members of the Don Bosco Tech Society team, including Fr. Sebastian, Center Head; Mr. Veeresh, Regional Manager – Don Bosco Tech Society; Mr. Juby, Assistant Manager – Don Bosco Tech Society; Mr. Krishnakumar, State MIS – Don Bosco Tech Society; and Ms. Meeshma Jose, Center Coordinator – Don Bosco Tech Vaduthala, along with other dedicated staff members of the center. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange insights on the ongoing initiatives and the broader vision of empowering young people through skill development and sustainable employment.

Following the discussion, Mr. Daniel Thomas toured the campus, gaining a closer look at the training environment that supports the learning journey of the students. As he visited the classrooms and computer laboratories, he interacted with trainers and observed sessions in progress. The visit offered a glimpse into the practical, technology-driven training being delivered at the center and highlighted the commitment of the faculty to creating a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere for the students.

One of the most impactful moments of the visit was the interactive session with the students. In a lively and open conversation, Mr. Daniel Thomas encouraged the young participants to share their experiences, aspirations, and expectations from the training programs. Students spoke enthusiastically about the knowledge and skills they were gaining through courses such as AI Data Quality Analyst and Cloud Application Developer. The discussion reflected not only their growing confidence but also their determination to build meaningful careers in the technology sector.

Addressing the students, Mr. Daniel Thomas motivated them to take full advantage of the opportunities before them. He emphasized the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and the development of both technical and professional competencies in an evolving digital landscape. His words resonated deeply with the students, encouraging them to approach their training with commitment and a clear vision for their future.

The visit also included constructive discussions with the National Team, State Team, and Center Team, focusing on the implementation of the training programs, student engagement strategies, and placement support initiatives. These conversations highlighted the collective efforts being made to ensure that the training not only equips youth with relevant skills but also connects them with sustainable employment opportunities.

Mr. Daniel Thomas expressed his appreciation for the dedication and collaborative spirit of the Don Bosco Tech team in effectively delivering the program and transforming the lives of young people through skill development. The visit concluded on a positive and inspiring note, reinforcing the strong partnership between Accenture and Don Bosco Tech Society.

More than just a formal engagement, the visit served as a reminder of the shared mission that unites both organizations — empowering youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to shape a brighter and more secure future. Through partnerships like these, Don Bosco Tech continues to create pathways of opportunity, enabling young individuals to step forward as skilled professionals and agents of change in their communities.
