Visit of DON BOSCO MISSION, BONN, GERMANY

The visit of Don Bosco Mission, Bonn, Germany to Don Bosco Alaihal Media Centre, Manikandam, was held on 26 November 2025 at 2:30 PM. Students from Graphic Designer Batch B4 (250446) and Web Developer Batch B3 (250470) actively participated in the programme, which was organized to present the mission activities, highlight student talents, and encourage interaction with the visiting delegate.

The programme began with a prayer song and a graceful welcome dance, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and a warm welcome address by Rev. Fr. Barnabass SDB, Rector. Cultural performances including solo and group dances, along with a meaningful skit titled “Voice of the Tree” performed by DB Tech students, showcased creativity and social awareness. A brief presentation on mission activities highlighted the work and impact of Alaihal Media.

The programme concluded with an address by Mr. Paul Walther, Project Manager, Don Bosco Mission, followed by an interactive campus and media lab visit. His engagement with students and appreciation of their work offered motivation and reinforced the shared vision of skill development and youth
