As part of the 20 Years Celebration of Don Bosco Tech Society, Don Bosco Tech Sambalpur Centre organized a Trainer Journey Video Documentation activity to recognize and showcase the dedication and long-term contribution of its trainers.

The activity focused on documenting trainer journeys through video testimonials, highlighting their professional experiences, roles, and impact in skill development and youth empowerment.

Two trainer journey videos were recorded at the Sambalpur Centre featuring:

· Mr. Lalgopal Nanda, Graphic Designer Trainer

· Mr. Sarada Prasad Nanda, IT Customer Care Executive Job Role Trainer

The trainers shared their journeys at DB Tech, their involvement in training delivery, coordination, and placement activities, and reflected on DB Tech’s core values of discipline, dedication, and service. They also highlighted inspiring trainee success stories, demonstrating the long-term impact of DB Tech’s skill development initiatives.

Photographs and videos were captured for documentation, and the 20-year celebration archives.
